Hello, so I wanted to migrate to Windows 10 from my Windows 7 32-bit PC. I installed the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool and did everything, but at the end, during the update verification, it tells me "Realtek Bluetooth driver not compatible with Windows 10 version." I looked into it, and apparently, I need version 1.5.1012 or higher to upgrade to Windows 10 with this Bluetooth driver. It's worth noting that this driver verification only happens when attempting to migrate to Windows 10 v1809, v1903, or the most recent v1909. So I thought I would install Windows 10 v1803 to bypass this verification, but no, starting from 2 new Windows 10 updates, the previous version is no longer available, meaning all versions prior to v1809 are unavailable. Unable to bypass this verification, I tried to automatically update the driver, but it says "your driver is up to date," so I did it manually. I installed the 2 drivers that are found on all sites and tried them, but it said the same thing: "your driver is up to date." So I thought the driver might be 64-bit, and I checked, but no, the package is indeed 32-bit. That's when I thought maybe an older Bluetooth 4.0 adapter might not be designed to run version 1.5.1012 and that I needed a 4.2 adapter. However, upon seeing a photo on a site of a 4.0 adapter with version 1.5.1012, I became confused. So if someone could explain this to me, thank you in advance.
P.S.: Windows 10 does not perform a driver verification, but they simply banned versions lower than 1.5.1012 since v.1809.

I found a solution, you just need to delete and then replace the rtkbfilter driver in system32 → Drivers with the new 1.5.1012, at least I managed to install Windows 10 by doing that.

Hello...
I don't want to discourage you, but personally I had the same issue on a friend's Windows 7 and I gave up on installing Windows 10 ► See this link ...but perhaps a kind soul will find the solution today
Good luck and happy holidays

Hello,
@ jmarion3 whom I greet.
There is a publication on this technical sheet for further information.
'' charitable soul '' I don't know, but if it can help, it's better than nothing.
See you later

@Hello pistouri ....
Thank you for the tip ... as for me, I had already tried this method but unfortunately at the end of the Windows 10 installation the infamous message appeared and everything had to be redone .... but the person for whom I was doing this did not have the patience to wait and ultimately preferred to keep their Windows 7 ??
But it could very well work for AwesomeRandom if he follows his topic ► We'll see ..
Thanks to you and have a great end of year holiday season
