What components make the iPhone locatable/tracable?

Good evening,

I wanted to know which components can allow an iPhone to be located and tracked? Obviously, the Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth antennas play an important role, but is there a GPS chip, for example, in the iPhone?

I have watched several iPhone teardown videos (notably SE 2022), and I couldn't distinguish which component could be the GPS or something similar.

      I’m trying to inform myself and raise awareness about where the boundaries of privacy lie today. I’d also like to learn how to spot them on an iPhone and remove them (if I ever manage to handle a cruciform screwdriver correctly one day) to make “dumb phones,” since I have a bunch of old iPhones gathering dust in my closet and thus plenty of opportunities to try out different things.
