I reset my HP Pavilion PC

since this operation, I can no longer pay online

they tell me that my browser is not compatible with my 3D Secure payments

I don't understand, it was working fine on Windows 11

I was using Firefox, I switched to Chrome but it's the same

I already reset before, and I've never had this kind of issue

    If yes, as requested by spiralio whom I greet... You should disable your VPN when you shop online only if the site or the seller blocks connections via VPN for security or geolocation reasons.

      All of this is rather obscure.

      3D Secure payment is not linked to a search engine; it is an authentication system dependent on the merchant site you are connecting to and that requires authentication through a third-party method, most often their banking app on a mobile phone.

      You don’t see on a reset system why there would be a VPN or browser extensions that could block the verification script unless you are using a blocking browser by default, such as Brave, or if this PC out of the box has third-party security software (other than Windows Defender).
