Hello,

I have a computer from the Normandy region that has locked itself on admin loc, my usual code doesn’t work anymore I can’t unlock it what should I do?

    Hello,

    Only the administration responsible for loans is able to unlock a PC or change settings (adding software) during the school year. If you are outside of the system, there is no reason why the code should no longer work. If you are not the loan recipient, you will not be able to obtain support from the school referent.
