Bonjour,
Impossible de taper les lettres du code confidentiel dès le démarrage de l'ordinateur HP. Lorsque je tape les lettres rien n'apparait.Le pavé numérique lui fonctionne.
J'ai tapé des touches qui ont bloqué les lettres. L'ordinateur est neuf.Merci pour votre aide.

Hello,
Press the Windows key (to the left of the space bar)
Then click on "All Programs"
In the list, you will find "Windows System". Click on it, then on "Control Panel".
In the window that opens, click on "Ease of Access".
Then again click on "Ease of Access" in the new window
In the window that opened, click on "Make the keyboard easier to use" (in blue in the middle of the list)
Uncheck: "Turn on Sticky Keys" and "Turn on Filter Keys"
Then confirm by clicking OK and close the windows.
