To lock your keyboard, you need to press the key located just below the Enter key for 8 seconds. This key is a bit long and has an upward-pointing arrow on it.

To lock your keyboard, after creating a password in your user account, simply press the Windows key on the left between CTRL and ALT and L at the same time (you won't stop your ongoing work). If you want to restart your session, enter your password, no software needed.
