Hello,
I have an Asus PC that I upgraded to Windows 10 in early December.
For the last few days, when I start the PC, the USB optical mouse works well but the keyboard is unresponsive when I try to type text.
If I restart the PC, it becomes active again.
I don't understand why.
I tried ctrl+altgr, but it seems ineffective.
I turned off the PC, unplugged the mouse and scanner, and the power cord; I removed the battery, pressed the power button for 10 seconds, then reconnected everything and put it back on power and the battery, but it didn't change anything.
It's particularly annoying.
Can someone help me??
Thanks in advance, best regards.
