Pixma TS printer is broken

Hello
I am helping a close relative get their printer working again. I’m out of ideas. Maybe a forum member can help me.
The situation isn’t simple because I’m not in front of the printer and I’m proceeding by phone.
Hardware:
* a Canon Pixma TS 6150 printer
* a computer running Windows 10
* a Freebox Mini 4K
* a smartphone on which the Canon Print app is installed
What has been done:
* A complete new installation of the printer on the computer, with the driver downloaded from Canon’s site.
* Establishment of a Wi-Fi connection with the box (using WPS)
All of this went normally: messages indicating that the driver is installed and that the WPS association was successful.
However, on the printer, the Wi-Fi symbol indicates there is no connection.
When printing is launched, nothing happens and a message asks to check the printer. No error code.
Same thing if the smartphone is used: the printer is recognised but the print fails.
The mechanical functioning of the printer seems correct, since it is possible to print a test page (launched from the printer’s control panel).
For me the issue is poor communication between the printer and the box. However the WPS association did go through and the printer isn’t very far from the box.
Thanks for any suggestions!
What is well conceived speaks clearly,
And the words to say it come easily.

Hello,
you say you can print a test page for the printer, normally it should also be able to print its network configuration, it's a common function on almost all network printers.
And there you go, voilà, there you have it ....
But alas, line spacing is such a pain!! -
Hello
Is there a way to modify the security of the box to set it like the printer:
Wi‑Fi security: WPA‑PSK, WPA2‑PSK, WEP,

Hello,
The problem was solved with a full reset of the printer.
The connection with the router was set up via WPS and works well: a verification can be done with the smartphone from which you can initiate a print.
It also works with the computer without needing to reinstall the driver on the computer.
What is conceived clearly is expressed plainly,
And the words to say it come easily.
