Fnac order with tracked Colissimo delivery

I ordered a video game from Fnac on 12/19/13.
I tracked my order: I quote "package shipped on 12/20/13 at 8:45 PM, and my package is still marked as "shipped." The expected delivery date was between 12/23/13 and 12/26/13.
I checked on colissimo.fr and it says it is at the Briarde Platform in the Paris region.
I contacted Fnac to ask if my package was actually shipped, and they confirmed it.
So I don't know where my package is? Is it a delay because it's the Christmas period? Or is it lost?
Can you help me if you can?
