Hello,
I bought my phone at Electro Depot but I've lost my receipt and I'm having an issue with my phone. I need to go to the store for them to tell me what the problem is, but I don't know if they will accept it without a receipt and I don't think they will. If someone could help me? Has this happened to anyone else, a testimony?

duplicata = a copy of your invoice, ask them on the phone for example if you can get one and if so, can you have it by email or do you need to go pick it up.

Requesting a duplicate serves to obtain a copy of your invoice and thus a second proof of purchase because you lost the first one.
Where? With them by conducting a search on their end. Normally, it should be found.
Yes, you can possibly make your request by phone.

Hello, I have the same problem as this person but I'm not sure if there is still a record at Electro Depot since, except at the checkout, no name is recorded so I don't know what to do.

If it only dates back a few months, yes there should be a record, but if it has been longer, I'm afraid the record may not be there anymore, check with them.

If you bought it at Electro Dépôt, they should have a record of that purchase, I think. However, if it's been at least a year or more, it's not certain that they will be able to locate the record indeed.
Either you go there, or you call them. They may accept it without a receipt, but they will want to know if this phone indeed comes from them, especially if it's under warranty.
