The customer service phone numbers do not answer; more precisely, you are passed from one switchboard to another until the moment (quickly) when they hang up on you. It’s really the worst customer service on the Web in terms of communication. And it’s called Fnac.com!
By email, you can send your inquiries, and you will receive automated responses generated by robots that do not answer your questions.
In short, fnac.com literally doesn’t care about us. After that, they wonder why we turn to sites like Amazon where customer service is available 7 days a week.

You can already check if your order is being processed. When you placed your order, you should have received an invoice by email. At the bottom of that invoice, you can click on a link to track your order online, and there it will tell you if it has been processed.
