Hello everyone! :)
So here it is, the issue is that I bought an iPad mini (at the price of 299 euros) at Fnac on October 11, having a discount of 10 euros for every 60 euros spent during a private sale in the store. I took my chance along with some friends to buy our respective products, and the seller clearly stated that this offer was valid throughout the store. So I made my purchase, with a 2-year warranty for breakdown and theft for about 60 euros, which brought my total to 360 euros (making it a reasonable price of 300 euros thanks to the vouchers).
This Saturday, October 25, I learned from my friends who went to confirm the amount of their vouchers in-store, that only my iPad did not benefit from the offer! This makes me very angry considering the amount I am losing, especially since I cannot benefit from it and Apple just dropped the price of the iPad mini to 249 euros! Following the recent release of the new iPads (the same goes for its 2-year warranty for breakdown and theft estimated to drop by 10 euros, thus 50 euros instead of 60), in the end, I am paying 360 euros for an iPad that would only cost me 300 euros with the 2-year warranty for breakdown and theft.
I don't know if there is a way to use my vouchers with Fnac's customer service and receive back the difference in the current price of the iPad, because I heard that within a month, if a device's price drops, they refund the difference..
Or why not simply return the product as soon as tomorrow, even if it's 1 day late :/??? in exchange for a credit note and thus be able to get something newer and more affordable than recently, such as the retina iPad mini, even though it has been OPENED and used, not imagining such a problem. But since today is the 26th, that would be 15 days later, I don't know if tomorrow it would be possible.
Thank you in advance for your help and sorry if I'm having a bit of trouble making myself understood with this story that's been on my mind since this morning, have a good day :)

Hello, you're already asking a lot of questions ..
Fnac guarantees its prices at the lowest; if a product purchased in-store drops in price within 30 days after purchase, Fnac will refund the difference (they don't specify how, maybe in the form of a gift voucher)
As for the return guarantee within 15 days, this only applies if the product is intact (packaging unopened).
Regarding the insurance, I'm afraid you can't do anything; it's a contract.
As for the offer of 10 euros in gift vouchers for 60 euros spent, I'm having a hard time understanding how your relatives would have been informed that you didn't benefit from it. Do you have a valid Fnac loyalty card in your name, and did you present it at the time of purchase?
