Lost ticket! No duplicates, no refunds!

Hello everyone, last September I bought four tickets from Fnac for Gad Elmaleh's show in Toulon on November 29th (218€). The problem is that I lost the tickets in September!
I've done everything I could to try to recover them but nothing works!
I went to Fnac and they told me that the producer completely refuses to issue duplicates, even though they didn't bother to ask!
I should point out that the T&Cs state that lost tickets will neither be duplicated nor exchanged. Is this really legal?
I don't understand how it's possible to pay for a service that is not rendered to us!
I'm turning to you for your opinions and help! If possible...

Hello Yes, it's legal because one can impersonate a neighbor or someone who has taken your card and asks for the spots. Have a good evening sincerely
