Can infinite kadéo tickets be used online?

Hello,
I have Kadeos infinite vouchers but I can't seem to use them either online or in a store. Even with the list of stores provided by Kadeos.
I would therefore like to know if you have ever placed an order online with Kadeos infinite vouchers, and with which brand? Also, in which store were these vouchers accepted?

    6 years later, it is apparently still impossible to use Kadeos infinity tickets online...
    After creating several accounts on platforms marked as compatible by their site, we systematically receive refusals from the final stores. I think we should report them to UFC Que Choisir because it seems to be a prime example of misleading advertising and a lack of customer service.

      What’s the point of having these tickets if they are not usable?

      Personally, I use all my kadéo vouchers online at Bapheus, they have quite well-made clothing for men and women, and they are always super responsive.

      I notice that attempts to get a clear answer on this subject from them are impossible. They send us back and forth from one department to another.

      However, if someone can guide me on the next steps, or if it’s simply false advertising.
