Stuck printer cartidge

Hello,

Following a page tear during printing, the carriage of my HP Envy 4507 printer is stuck. It displays "open the cartridge access door, clear jams, and check that the levers are down."

I have done all of this, but the printer is still not working.

Do you have any solutions?

    Hello,

    Probably, you should unplug it from the wall socket for about 2 or 3 minutes, then restart it.

    But of course, you need to remove all the bits of paper that are blocking the machine... Being well-blackened and in the corners, it may not be easily visible...?

    "Page tearing during printing," is highly discouraged.
