Samsung TV HDMI ports

Hello,
I have a new Samsung TV TN55QN80F with manual.
https://www.samsung.com/ca_fr/support/model/QN55QN80FAFXZC/#downloads
There are 3 HDMI devices connected: a set-top box which is unlikely to work (network outage for months), an Essentiel B TNT DVR, a LaCie mini HD multimedia gateway well past its prime.
The last two are used alternately with the same external drive because the latter can read some codecs that the former cannot.
As soon as one HDMI device goes to standby (I think I managed to disable that on this side because it would cause problems when there are several) or is powered on, in the first case the TV wakes it automatically, in the other it connects to it automatically.
It always goes through a device recognition menu that I don’t know how to disable and which offers to pair it with the “Smart” remote, even though we didn’t ask for anything.
Either we accept and we’ll fail because it’s only designed for certain peripherals, or we refuse and, finally, we’ll look for the corresponding HDMI source in the TV menu.
The procedure works perfectly for the Essentiel B DVR, it gets stuck on the LaCie welcome logo where the menu is not operable (it worked on the previous TV).
I changed the batteries in its remote, the HDMI cables and their positions, nothing, but the device itself is not at fault because it works normally if connected via USB to a PC and HDMI to its monitor.
If it inspires someone, thanks...

Bobot's response doesn't seem very inspired:
Hello! Bobot's AI is here to help you! It would seem there is a HDMI compatibility issue between your Samsung TV and your LaCie mini HD multimedia gateway. Try resetting the multimedia gateway to see if that resolves the problem. If not, check if a new firmware is available for your LaCie multimedia gateway and perform an update if necessary. You can also try disabling HDMI-CEC in your Samsung TV menu. This is commonly known as "Anynet+" or "HDMI-CEC". Finally, if your Samsung TV has standard HDMI ports and HDMI ARC (Audio Return Channel) ports, make sure to connect your multimedia gateway to a standard HDMI input. HDMI ARC inputs are generally reserved for audio links, such as soundbars. I hope these suggestions can help you resolve your problem.
