Hello,

The printer carriage of the HP All-in-One 6520 series is stuck by the last cartridge on the right. This cartridge seems to be coming out of its slot and is blocking the movement of the system.
This is a mechanical issue.

Thank you for your help.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 97.0.4692.71

Hello
The cartridges are on the right, and it's the last one on the right that is stuck.

Where is it on the right side of the photo?
Send us a photo of your printer with the cover open and the cartridge that jams the carriage.

Hello,
To get a better idea...

Where are your ink cartridges located?

Completely on the right, and it's the last cartridge on the right. It is inaccessible.
It's the same photo.

You should be able to move the carriage manually by turning off your printer.

I tried: it's completely stuck.

I would like to try unscrewing the cover to take out the cartridge, but I don't have the right screwdriver.
That's why I'm looking for another solution.

The cost of this repair is likely to be expensive since it is no longer under warranty.
Otherwise, check with HP support... https://support.hp.com/fr-fr/contact/printers
