Hello,
I have an HP Officejet Pro 6970, and the problem is that I can't photocopy (print) a document via the touchscreen. I'm getting the message "The document feeder could not pick up the original. Place the original in the document feeder and try again." So, I turn off the printer, and when I turn it back on, I see "document loaded" in red on the touchscreen. ☹
But if I turn on my computer and want to print or scan a document, it works...
The printer is up to date and connected via Wi-Fi.
Thank you for your attention.

Hello,
Instead of turning on the printer and putting the documents in the feeder, simply do the reverse: load the documents first, then turn on the printer.

I emptied the tray, started it, then launched a copy to get the message "Out of paper"... I put the sheets in place and the copy started without any problem... A big thank you, but I hope it will work over time... Should we call that a bug then...
