Hello, my image runner photocopier is displaying error code E000261

     Le signal de passage à zéro est défectueux.
    E261-
    Lorsque le relais est activé, le zéro
    0000
    le signal n'est pas détecté pendant 500 msec ou
    plus.

    Translation:
    The zero-cross signal is faulty.
    E261-
    When the relay is on, the zero

    signal is not detected for 500 msec or
    more. 
     Remplacez le circuit imprimé du pilote CA. Remplacer le CC
    PCB du contrôleur.

    Translation:
    Replace the AC driver PCB. Replace the DC
    controller PCB.

    Description: Error of zero crossing signal
    in case of failure to detect the zero-cross signal cycle of the power supply during initialization. When the zero signal input has failed continuously for three seconds while controlling the temperature setting.
    Remedy: - Replace the power PCB. - Replace the DC controller PCB.

    The best thing would be to invest in a new printer to see....
    Also check with the manufacturer's support.
