Hello, I have an OfficeJet 3600 all-in-one printer
I tried to print a train ticket, everything was printed except for everything written in red.
That is to say the train number, the carriage number, and the seat number.
Can you please help me solve this problem?

It addresses the possible causes of this malfunction, both concerning the cartridges and the software.
If the cartridge is not empty, it’s probably a poor contact with the print head, maybe dried ink residue. This document also explains how to clean it.
Also consider the drivers. Have you checked in the device manager if there’s a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark next to the printer?
