Hello, I recently received a letter from CFR asking me to pay the sum of €160.28 with the nature of the debt "overdrawn balance Paypal *my email address*"
However, I closed this Paypal account due to fraudulent payments, after discussing it with my bank.
Isn't it impossible to close a Paypal account if there is an overdrawn balance normally?
The letter from CFR is quite intimidating but could it be a scam?

I should also mention that last month I received messages on my voicemail from supposed Paypal representatives, who apparently never call back.

Am I at risk of incurring additional fees if it turns out this is not a scam? Or worse?

If you can shed some light on this, at the age of 20 I'm not very informed about these kinds of things. Thank you in advance.

    Ignore the message, as it's a phishing attempt to gather valuable information that you might give them.
