Hello,

Following an order placed in December on Cdiscount, I chose to pay in 4 installments without fees.

They successfully deducted the first installment, but then nothing happened. Afterwards, I received several emails telling me that I still owe them 42 euros!! When I tried to resolve the situation directly on the website, there was no direct link allowing me to make a payment, so I let it slide. Now I am receiving letters at home telling me that I must pay immediately, otherwise the Bocchio company will send a bailiff to my house.

But it’s the same on the website; nothing allows me to resolve my situation.

Hello, I currently have a problem with the Cdiscount payment in 4 installments without fees. They processed the first payment at the time of the order and since then, nothing. They have contacted me several times by phone, telling me that I need to pay the remaining amount immediately. I've tried to explain that I had the necessary funds for the installment they should be collecting, but they insist that it's an issue with my bank card, while the bank told me that they didn't present the payment for processing. So how should I proceed to resolve this issue?

  I have exactly the same issue; the first payment was made, and then nothing.
  I called my bank, and they confirmed that they never presented the other payments but that they presented three times payments for the total of the order, and similarly, Cdiscount tells me it's coming from my card and that my bank is lying.

  Well, for my part, it's the same thing. The first withdrawal went smoothly and I received a notice of non-payment for the second installment. They told me that my card was rejected and that I need to pay the full amount. My bank told me that no withdrawal had been presented!

Here we go again with CDiscount..

The best thing would be to send a check for the remaining amount by registered mail without trying to understand the (mal)functions of this prestigious elite site.. Just to avoid wasting time and mental balance..

A bailiff can always come to your place.. As long as there hasn't been a judgment, he has no power other than to play the bogeyman..

  Exactly.. Totally shit.. To avoid problems, pay the actual amount due by check AND by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.. Keep a copy of the check as well as the return receipt for 2 years..

I have exactly the same problem: one deadline is okay, and then they say the withdrawal was refused even though there is money in the account. Moreover, they didn't even notify me—no email, no call, no SMS, nothing. I only realized it by checking my Cdiscount account. Now they're sending me to collections, which is really ridiculous because I'm not refusing to pay, but they're not giving me a way to do so. When I go to their website, it's impossible to make a payment.

Hello, I have been a customer on Cdiscount for years. I have a Visa card that used to work fine, but for about two months now, when I try to pay in 4 installments, I get a delivery address and a thank you for the order, and 20 minutes later it says your order has been refused. I've had issues with them because they didn't take my payments on the scheduled dates, but everything was paid. I don't understand what is happening; honestly, I am very disappointed, and the customer service has become very hard to understand and difficult to communicate with because they don't understand us and are sometimes incomprehensible with their accents. Anyway, this is a big rant for me.

December 2018 and the payment issues in 4 installments at Cdiscount continue. The first installment was okay, and from the second one on, they told me it was unpaid even though I had the money in my account. I had two orders like this, and I ended up with a multitude of withdrawals because they divided it into several parts. I don't like the term unpaid because it makes us look like bad payers, while the funds were available in the account. Cdiscount should not offer this payment in 4 installments if they cannot manage it properly and make their customers look like bad payers!!

  The same thing just happened to me, they're liars, my bank tells me that no payment was rejected since I have the funds in my account. And they have the nerve to make you call a service that charges 0.7 cents per minute and ask for your credit card information over the phone.

It reassures me to see that I am not the only one. I have placed several orders with payment in four installments, and the same thing happened to me: the first installment went well, then supposedly it wasn’t possible, and they withdrew everything from me with an 8% fee on each order, along with incessant calls and threats from operators who refuse to give their names and hang up on you, who don't even speak French. I have several orders that had defective parts, incomplete orders, etc. I wrote to them and got nothing in return. I am left with equipment that doesn’t work. I sent a simple registered letter and received no response. As for the phone, they answer when they have time. For two years, this site that used to satisfy me has become uncontrollable. Yes, cool prices, but non-existent customer service! I am out over 200 euros for unsatisfied orders! I’m really disappointed because I had been ordering for years and I had spent quite a bit, not even a loyalty gift! I’m switching suppliers now; at least elsewhere they have customer contact emails and no phones that run the clock without responding.

  It's discount, they're doing whatever they want, they're liars and on top of that, the four times without fees, sometimes they include things, and as soon as you have a payment problem, they'll send it to collections and create issues, and then they say yes, they're really not serious, and even when you've paid, there's still a file left.
