Hello,
I owe about 1000 euros to PayPal due to a dispute that I lost as the seller. I refuse to pay.
Since then, they have forwarded the case to the CFR. I just received a "Notice of Formal Demand" before handing it over to a bailiff.
So far, I haven't responded to any of their letters or calls, whether from PayPal or the CFR.
But they are starting to scare me a lot.
What should I do? Pay and get myself into a financial pit or continue to deny it???
No one shares a concrete end result after receiving these letters, and I don't know what to do.
Thank you.

CFR's letters are worthless (companies with illegal practices). Let it go, and if they really want the money, a bailiff will come to deliver a letter to you in person.

What terrible advice... you are not the payer, the bailiff will incur costs between 100 and 250 euros... think about it.
