Hello
I urgently want to contact CDISCOUNT regarding an unauthorized purchase found on my PayPal account that I don't understand, since I didn't have to log into PayPal, hence I didn't enter my special PayPal email, my password, and the infamous "pay" button that would indicate whether I accept the payment or not. So without my consent, I have a purchase made from an unknown store "C'est Chez Vous", I've never seen such a thing! I was alerted by an SMS for the delivery, and that's when I realized I was "trapped." The transaction is listed on PayPal, I have references but no details of the supposedly "pre-approved payment." What is this nonsense? And a pre-approved payment, where did that come from? How can one "pre-approve" a purchase? Because in "pre-approved," I don't hear "approved," and how could these people put a purchase on me without having me go through the "PayPal" step, where I feel secure about whether to buy or not? Because when I'm on the PayPal site, it's me who gives the order to pay, but in this case, I wasn't consulted... and I find myself having to pay 259.98 euros, not approved as I don't want this item!...
Please provide me with the email for CDISCOUNT if you know it, but I will also write to PayPal about my heartache, who apparently allows transactions without the customer's consent!... What’s the use of having a PayPal account if PayPal accepts anything and everything! I thought they were serious, I am quite disappointed!...
Have a good day everyone

I went through their Facebook page.. you write on their wall and they will quickly ask you to talk to them privately on Messenger! That's the best way I've found.. and effective!

Hello,

I would like to clarify that you can indeed communicate with Cdiscount on Facebook via Messenger.

But if someone sends you an invitation, especially REFUSE it, as it is a phishing attempt by someone pretending to be a Cdiscount advisor in order to scam you.

Only communicate through the Cdiscount Messenger on Facebook and not with anyone who has sent you an invitation!

Look at the case of this scammed person
