My PC is frozen and I can't turn it off!

Hello!
I have a big problem with my laptop: it is frozen. After a few minutes of booting up, it completely got stuck on my screen and the keyboard and mouse are unresponsive. Since the power button is integrated into the keyboard, I can't use that either.
My computer is running Windows 10, Intel CORE i7, and it's an Asus Zenbook.
I'm begging you to help me!

    Hello,

    If you hold down the power button for 30 seconds, it should turn off.

      Yes! Thank you! I tried, but I probably didn't hold it down long enough! You're saving me!
      Do you have any idea what caused the problem?
