My PC is frozen and I can't turn it off! Solved

Hello!
I have a big problem with my laptop: it is frozen. After a few minutes of booting up, it completely got stuck on my screen and the keyboard and mouse are unresponsive. Since the power button is integrated into the keyboard, I can't use that either.
My computer is running Windows 10, Intel CORE i7, and it's an Asus Zenbook.
I'm begging you to help me!

If you hold down the power button for 30 seconds, it should turn off.

Hello.

Try this trick.

When you are on the locked screen, hold down the Power button continuously. The PC will turn off. Upon restarting, press the SHIFT + F10 keys simultaneously...

If this trick doesn't work, you will likely need to reset Windows 10 without losing data (but you will lose installed software)
