HP Photosmart C3180 Cartridge Issue

Hello,
my printer is telling me there's a problem with the color cartridge. The check cartridge light is blinking, an E is displayed to indicate there's an error. However, the cartridge was working not long ago, I changed the cartridge but the problem persists, I've removed and reinserted the cartridge many times, tried to clean the cartridge, the printer, but the error message is still there.
So of course, my warranty has been expired for 12 days, otherwise it wouldn't be funny.
If anyone has had this problem before or if someone can help me, I thank you in advance.

after struggling quite a bit with this problem, the only thing that worked for me was cleaning the cartridge and the inside of the printer as indicated here:
