Taskbar does not hide anymore

Hello everyone
first post on this beautiful forum ;-)

my taskbar is hiding automatically, and at some point, it refuses to come back ...
I have checked the "auto-hide..." option, but it stays open despite the fact that it no longer has focus.
I tried using TaskbarRepairToolPlus!.exe, but the issue is not listed.
my problem is that my taskbar is at the top (personal choice) and therefore it hides the close, minimize, etc. commands of applications running in full screen... not cool at all!

thanks in advance to anyone who can help me.

Wow! Thanks, tchibeck! If I can help you, Leblazeur, in Windows 10, it's called Explorer (without the .exe) and it's under the "Windows processes" series. Also, when you find it, you just need to click the "restart" button at the bottom right.
