Taskbar does not hide anymore Solved

Hello everyone
first post on this beautiful forum ;-)

my taskbar is hiding automatically, and at some point, it refuses to come back ...
I have checked the "auto-hide..." option, but it stays open despite the fact that it no longer has focus.
I tried using TaskbarRepairToolPlus!.exe, but the issue is not listed.
my problem is that my taskbar is at the top (personal choice) and therefore it hides the close, minimize, etc. commands of applications running in full screen... not cool at all!

I probably come back a bit late on this topic...

In fact, the problem comes from software, badly designed it seems, that keeps the focus or announces a message or an alert, and which is minimized in the taskbar, so the bar remains open.

For me, it’s enough to "free" the software in question by checking the message in question.

In fact, the taskbar freezes after a notification appears and if we close it manually. Do not click the cross to close the notification; it will disappear on its own after a few seconds. And so will the taskbar :)
