Hello everyone on the forum,
my problem is as follows: for the past few days, the light on my HP Deskjet D1460 printer has been continuously flashing. I reinstalled my driver but nothing works; it shows up as ready and connected in the printer manager, but when I start a print job, it switches to disconnected mode. Thank you for your help on this.

Paper jams are sometimes difficult to see... a simple piece of paper a few mm² is enough...==> a thorough check is required.... along the entire path that a sheet travels.. pay attention to the sides...
check the cover at the back....
other possibilities
poor detection of the cover closure ==> a kind of mini switch that needs to be found and checked that it is in place
poor detection of paper presence ==> the same kind of switch
For the cartridges.... check that they are properly in place
The problem appeared after handling the printer.... ??,
