Bank account charged but Aliexpress order not found.

Hello,
I made an order on Aliexpress and my bank account was charged by Aliexpress in Luxembourg. Unfortunately, there are no current orders on my Aliexpress profile and the seller has no record of my order either.
I tried to contact Aliexpress customer service but my case is not covered by their standard complaint procedures. They need an order number that I don't have, and when I enter my credit card number and the debit date, the chatbot can't find any record.
It's frustrating. Can anyone give me some advice?
Configuration: Android / Chrome 85.0.4183.127

if it helps, my husband and I placed an order on AliExpress and when trying to check the order status, we couldn't find it at all in the account.
Actually, I placed the order by logging in with my phone number (I’m not exactly sure how I did it), which created a new AliExpress account. When I logged back in using the phone number (AliExpress sends a temporary code to log in), I was able to add a contact email address and access the ongoing order.
I hope I was clear enough and can help some people!

Hello, I am looking for the same response because I am in the same situation as you with the same site and the same distributor, except that I am investigating in collaboration with the fraud enforcement agency, and this site is strangely subject to thousands of complaints of the same kind, so it should be boycotted in the future!
I just solved this problem by logging into my aliexpress account with my phone number instead of my email and... magic. My order is back.

I had the same issue. Two withdrawals from my account (from Aliexp Luxembourg). I didn't order anything! I blocked my card (card stop). I didn't know what to do either...

I'm going through PayPal because I paid through their site and I'm waiting for a resolution on this dispute. This dispute was opened more than a week ago, and AliExpress is not responding to PayPal's requests; nothing more for now.
