Hello,

I have a Canon Pixma G3570 printer for 8 months. I am extremely disappointed.

I regularly get lighter vertical lines appearing in solid areas. For example, light green lines in dark blue areas. Then it disappears, then reappears.

Do you experience the same phenomenon?

Furthermore, what bothers me even more, as I don't see how to improve it, is the very poor durability of the prints over time.

The reds fade away. They become dull in just a few months!

In comparison, the prints from another printer are still perfect after 2 years.

    Hello,

I have a Canon Pixma G3570 printer that I've been using for 8 months.

The warranty (2 years) is still valid. You can use Canon's customer service to have it replaced.

Logically, color ink is dye-based. Your other printer must use pigment ink. Dye = photo album rather, exposed to light it doesn't hold.

      Hello,

Between the date he created his post and yours, more than a year has passed. Don't you think he either opted for my solution <1> or changed his printer?
