Server error: "UID COPY: UID COPY failed"

I am a former subscriber of Free with an old email address of the type (@libertysurf.fr).
When sending photos by email, and then trying to delete them to manage my account which was shown at 95%, I received this message displayed at the bottom of the page "UID COPY : UID COPY failed" and therefore I was unable to delete them.
1- Is it remotely possible to restore the situation?
2- If not, since I am no longer a Free subscriber, is there a procedure to follow if the Free telephone support line for individuals at 3244 would be willing to respond to me.
Thank you in advance.
Best regards.
Zird.

Hello,
How do you use your account? Through a browser and Free's webmail, or on an email client software like Thunderbird?

Hello, thank you for your interest in my problem.
I access my account via a browser and Free webmail.

Perhaps the lack of space is causing the issue. Can the other emails be deleted? Deleting them goes to the trash and doesn’t free up space; perhaps even when you copy into the trash before deleting the concerned email, the space gets saturated. See if deleting other messages frees up space (empty the trash).
Also try the two webmail access points: and
With the browser, you should try clearing the cache and possibly another browser if you have several on your PC.
