Hello!
I can't print anything from my Canon IP1500 printer. The installation goes smoothly; it is recognized by the system. The drivers are up to date, the USB port is enabled in the BIOS, and finally, the printing service works perfectly well. The problem is even more inconsistent because the printer works perfectly on two other computers with a similar configuration. My question is not to fix this issue. According to Canon, it originates from the motherboard manufacturer, and when I call Asus, they say it's Canon's fault... So now I would just like to know the exact reference to buy a USB to LPT1 or Serial port adapter... I'm a bit confused with the standards... and I can't find the right reference :( Thank you very much!

Hello, I have a problem with my Canon MP 110 printer
it prints without any issue
but the scan doesn’t work, it shows that it is impossible to communicate with the scanner, that it may be turned off, or that a cable may be disconnected (not possible as I have checked).
When I click on OK the following message appears:
"A TWAIN error has occurred. The device may not be connected"
Thank you for giving me a hand because I don't know what to do
I have uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing works, the same goes for the restorations to an earlier date.
