I don't know what happened to my package...

Hello, right now I don't know what to do
I'm waiting for a package ordered from a reliable seller on ALIEXPRESS since they have received 22,533 five-star reviews since May 2017.
I placed an order with them on the day of the 12th anniversary and after 5 days, the tracking number for my order appeared.
The package then followed a rather ordinary route and on Saturday, April 9th, I see that it's marked as "delivered to my mailbox."
I check but there is absolutely nothing...
At first, I thought I had been stolen by the mailman, but this morning (Monday, April 11th) I received a message leading to a website, here is its content:
"We were unable to deliver your package. Follow the link to schedule a new delivery date http://ftccq.com/9ELiIw"
So I clicked on it, but at the moment where I had to enter my banking information, I started to get suspicious (especially since I hadn't ordered their so-called Samsung phone)
Upon checking, I see that this site is actually a scam trying to steal banking information...
I'm scared and I go back to check on Aliexpress, I see that my package's tracking number has changed and when entering it on the postal service's website, I realize that my package has been handled by the Colissimo service since March 30th...
I'm lost and don't know what to do except go to the post office in my city.

Hello.
Open a dispute on Aliexpress, for the rest, talk to La Poste.

Thank you, I’m fine with that, but I don’t understand
I wanted to check this with the post office in my town and I just saw that it is closed and that there are no opening dates written...
I really want to understand the origin of this problem, the seller had a very good average, numerous comments on many items that were positive (including the one I purchased)
First of all, is it normal for a tracking number to change after 11 days??

Hi Amjou, true or false good reviews on Aliexpress, see here how to identify them https://bestchinaproducts.com/fr/are-aliexpress-reviews-real/ personally I never buy on Aliexpress which has many bad reviews
, among other things for getting a refund https://fr.trustpilot.com/review/www.aliexpress.com good luck to you

Hello,
Yes, I understand and thank you for your response, but in that case, why is there a Colissimo tracking number? Can such a shipping company provide fake tracking numbers?
In any case, I am considering filing a dispute.

Re:

It sometimes happens that a package undergoes a tracking number change en route. The first one corresponds to a bulk lot of packages that will then be distributed among various carriers.

Receiving a Colissimo number does not mean that the package has already arrived in the EU. As a reminder, rail freight from China to the EU (Duisburg, for example) is VERY disrupted (look at a map to understand why..).

A+

Hi, I would be surprised if it was from the post office, maybe it's a scam from the seller.
