Can I pick up a package at the Chronopost office?

Hello,
I ordered electronic cigarette equipment and asked for the package to be delivered to a tobacco shop next to my house because I was going on vacation. After placing the order, I realized that the tobacco shop would be closed for vacation, so I let it go, thinking the package would be sent to a different address. While on vacation, I received two emails on 12/08, the first informing me that the package would be delivered today and the second stating that there was a delay or incident (the package was not delivered since the tobacco shop is closed and it was not delivered to another address either). I returned home today and checked the tracking on the Colissimo website, and I didn't have any information other than awaiting delivery and the location where the package was CHRONOPOST DIJON. I then went to the Chronopost website, where I found more information stating "Delivery scheduled for 25/08" (the date the tobacco shop reopens).
Finally, all this to ask if it is possible to pick up my package directly at the Chronopost agency?

I therefore went to Chronopost and was told that there were way too many packages. I have confirmed that my package has been received, it will be delivered this Monday. I just have to wait, I need to be patient.
