PayPal - I can't validate my phone number!

Good evening,
since I created my PayPal account, I'm having a little trouble validating my phone number :/
I do receive the code by SMS but once I enter it on PayPal, it says:

I would like to get a response as soon as possible, please. Thank you.

    For this kind of issue, I advise you to contact Paypal support who will be able to sort this out.
