Cdiscount refund if I don't pick up my package

Hello,

I bought a ring on Cdiscount (250 euros, payment in 4 installments), my problem is that I won't be able to go to the delivery point where my ring has arrived. They told me that if I don't pick it up within 15 days, it will be returned to Cdiscount and I will be refunded. I don't trust their outsourced agents who told me this at all :(
Has anyone done this before, is it reliable? Otherwise, I have to pick it up and it's not easy at all in my case.

    Hello, not to worry you, but I had issues with them regarding a refund for an iPhone 4 S. However, they told me it was up to the retailer to refund me, which took a total of three months and almost didn't even happen...
    You can always call and ask for a manager to find out what the real situation is... good luck.

      Thank you for the advice, but when I called, I realized it was outsourced, so I don't trust what I'm being told over the phone :(
