Hello,
I got hacked after installing a fraudulent app (I didn't know it was fraudulent...) on my phone, and I was asked to change my password, but since then I can't access Instagram. When I open the app, it shows "unable to refresh feed," then "loading," and finally "failed to download selfie captcha," followed by a white screen.
When I go online, it tells me to verify my account via the app, so there's nothing I can do...
I installed and uninstalled the app several times, restarted and updated my phone, cleared the app's cache... But nothing works...
I would like to know what to do to recover my Insta account; I don’t want to create a new one, I’ve had it for years, and after changing the password, I think it’s normal to be able to recover it... If someone can help me please...
