step 7 is an update that installs either you have to wait for it to finish or you unplug and plug your Freebox back in if that doesn't work reset your Freebox server (internet box) https://assistance.free.fr/articles/796?slug=796&search=hard+reboot

For me, TF1 initially wasn't working anymore, I restarted the Free, and all the channels weren't working anymore, "video errors"
I synchronized the plugs, and it keeps getting stuck on step 7.

How do we reset the Freebox? There is no reset button on the Delta.

Hello, same here. It's a firmware update that has just started, keep the Freebox plugged in. Apparently, it's ongoing for several boxes which is why the time is quite long.
