Unable to post a photo on Instagram.

Hello,
Since my Samsung Galaxy A5 updated, I can't post photos on Instagram (stories + feed). All other Instagram features work normally, but when I try to publish, it seems to be processing/downloading the photo, but nothing happens.
I still have storage on my phone, I've turned my device off and on again, and I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but nothing changes.
If someone could help me...

Check in settings > applications > permissions > Instagram
you need to make sure you've granted the app permissions to access your gallery and camera. That's all I can see. Indeed, the update may have changed the security settings, or you may have inadvertently denied the permissions when they were requested.
If after checking this point you still have the issue, then it's probably coming from Instagram's servers themselves. A quick look at their Twitter account should confirm or deny the outage.
