Step 7 Freebox: why am I stuck?

Hello

Since this morning, my Freebox Delta is stuck on step 7. So no TV... no internet.... Can someone tell me what to do.... because there is no Free support on Sundays

    When it starts, it displays Free; at that moment, you press the arrow, then you select reset.
