Hello,

after upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10 everything went well and all the software I had on W7 works, except Kaspersky Internet Security. When I launch the application I see that the protection is activated, the application starts loading and then it closes. (Windows Defender is disabled) I can't get Kaspersky to work, I need your help
can you help me please

Have you tried uninstalling it?
If not, I suggest you do so using the Kavremover tool >> Here, restart your machine, and do a new installation and everything should be fine! (Make sure to have your license activation number handy as it will be requested...)

  I did not suggest this solution because sometimes Kaspersky is reluctant to reactivate the antivirus if the key has already been used, which is why I advise registering it on My Kaspersky before using Kavremover, so that it can be reactivated on the PC where it was registered.

I hadn't seen the date 2017 on the screenshot and if that's the date of its installed version... in my opinion it shouldn't be of much use since the databases probably aren't being updated anymore... and it's better to keep Windows Defender and uninstall Kaspersky regarding him.

  I think 2017 but I'm not sure, I installed it in June 2018. When I right-click on the shortcut and then properties ("C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Internet Security 18.0.0\avpui.exe")

  No, it simply updates the previous version; the key is not required as long as you don't uninstall the old version, so you install the new version over the old one.

  It's normal, it's in the systray to the right next to the time (small arrow), just click on the green Kaspersky icon to bring up the Kaspersky window.

He's not in the taskbar; that's the problem. When I launch it from the desktop shortcut, it goes next to the clock, and when I hover over it with the mouse pointer, it disappears. That's what I find strange.

Yes, I installed it but it still doesn't open. After restarting the PC, it was in the taskbar for about 25 minutes, and when I hovered over it, it was downloading the updates, then it disappeared from the taskbar, but it is in the task manager and the processor is running.

Kaspersky secure connection, it doesn't open at all

  Here he is suddenly on the taskbar doing an analysis for the Rokits, as soon as he finishes, he disappears.
  In fact, as I see it, it works but it doesn't open on the desktop, it doesn't detect a USB flash drive even if I plug it into the PC. Even if I want to manually analyze that drive, I right-click and click on analyze, it doesn't work.

  The problem was resolved last night; Windows downloaded updates and installed them after restarting the PC. I launched the application, it worked, and Kaspersky is activated. I registered the key in My Kaspersky, everything is fine. Even Windows Defender is activated because it was completely disabled yesterday. Both antivirus programs are working together.
