Hello,
On Windows 10, during the installation of Office 2013 Professional, I always get the error message 1920 regarding the startup of the Windows font cache service. It seems to relate to the "Fntcache.dll" file found in System32.
Could you help me find the right solution? I've been trying in vain for over 2 days.

Hello,
try this
right-click on the Start button or press Windows key+X
search
type: services
open services (click on desktop application)
look for Windows Font Cache Service
Double-click on it, choose Automatic under Startup type, click the Start button and confirm with OK.
Restart the installation of your Office 2013 pack
