Problem with DirectX 12 - Steam game launch

Hello,

I just bought the game Pro Cycling Manager 2026 on Steam. However, when I launch the game via Steam, the following message appears:

"The game won't run on your system with DirectX 12 for the following reasons :
- Max supported Feature Level X_X when 12_0 is required.
- Max supported shader model 0.0 when 6.6 is required.
- Resource binding tier 2 unsupported.
- Wave ops unsupported.
- Atomic64 unsupported."

After researching online, I updated my drivers, double-checked that DirectX12 is installed, and performed Windows updates. But the problem persists.

    Hello,

    To solve this issue, try launching the game with DirectX 11 by adding the argument "-dx11" in the Steam launch options.

    Hello,

    Based on similar topics on this site, on Reddit, or on Steam, the problem may come from your PC’s graphics card which might be too old and not compatible with the game. You would need to know your graphics card model to confirm whether it meets the game’s prerequisites, in particular Atomic64 which does not seem to be supported by very old graphics cards.

    You could try updating your graphics card drivers if they aren’t up to date.

    If your graphics card isn’t compatible, you may end up needing to replace it.
