The problem was resolved last night; Windows downloaded updates and installed them after restarting the PC. I launched the application, it worked, and Kaspersky is activated. I registered the key in My Kaspersky, everything is fine. Even Windows Defender is activated because it was completely disabled yesterday. Both antivirus programs are working together.
