Hello,
My computer is stuck on installing Windows at 64%, it restarts and then goes back to 64%. I would like to point out that I have neither
a key nor a DVD with Windows 10 on it.
Can you help me?
Thank you.

Hello,
1. Turn off your computer.
2. Turn off your WiFi or take the laptop to a place where there is no WiFi. (If you are connected via Ethernet, unplug it.)
3. Turn on the computer.
4. Once it is fully loaded, turn your WiFi back on.
It should work now.
If it doesn't work, try one of the following two options....
Note: If this issue started after an update (or a system reinstall), please ensure that the computer is not connected to the internet before using the following instructions.
1. Turn off the computer.
2. Turn on the computer.
3. As soon as you see the loading circle spinning, press and hold the power button until the computer turns off.
4. Repeat this process several times until the "Preparing Automatic Repair" screen appears.
5. Now you will let the computer start on the "Automatic Repair" screen.
6. Click on "Advanced options," then select "Troubleshoot."
7. Here, you will select "Refresh your PC" if you do not want to erase data, or "Reset your PC" to erase all data and restore your system.
8. From there, follow the on-screen instructions until recovery is complete.
