Hello, I’ll start explaining my problem right away. So, I wanted to reset my PC by deleting all my files, but it got stuck at 99% after several hours. So, I shut down my PC by holding the button down. However, I messed everything up; it said there was a problem with my computer, and I couldn’t access it anymore, it kept shutting down and restarting by itself. So, I followed a tutorial on YouTube to fix this problem, and when I opened my PC after turning it off, it’s stuck on the installation of Windows 10 at 64% for over 36 hours. I don’t understand because I didn’t insert any CDs or anything... I hope someone can help me solve my problem, and thank you in advance for your responses.

Good evening,
Reinstall Windows 10 from an installation media.
Reinstall Windows 10 without formatting:
Follow this tutorial that explains how to install Windows 10: how to install Windows 10.
All the steps are provided from A to Z with advice at the end to secure Windows 10.
The steps are basically:
If the USB drive doesn't work, try making a new one with Rufus: how to download Rufus - see this tutorial for details: how to create a Windows installation USB drive
Make sure not to format.
Your user data will be copied to the Windows.old folder.
Once Windows is installed, I recommend following these tips to properly configure and use Windows: Tips after reinstalling Windows.
