ok,
press maj+F10, this will open the command prompt
type diskpart and inside:

sel disk 0
clean
convert gpt
exit

Warning this will delete all data on the disk.

Restart the Windows installation.
Delete the MSR partition on drive 2.
If you have a 100MB partition next to it, delete it as well.

Then on disk 0, create a primary partition, minimum of 100 GB.
and it should work.

This solved my problem... thank you

Are there multiple MSR or System partitions?

  It won't work. Message: unable to install Windows on drive 1 partition 1.
  Then it details that the selected disk has an MBR partition table. On an EFI system, Windows can only be installed on GPT disks.

    You probably tinkered with the BIOS settings to boot from your installation media.
    Reset the BIOS settings to defaults to ensure it is in UEFI mode.

Ah no, we can delete everything even when I format this partition 0 and it's the same thing.

Disk 0 is not in GPT.
What error do you get when you want to install on Drive 0 partition 1?
We can't see anything in the first screenshot.

Did you add a new hard drive?
What's the story, why do you want to reinstall Windows?

I took a photo for you to understand, no I did not add a hard drive, it was working very well before I formatted it. I wanted to format it after a mess on my computer that I had no choice but to format, and I can't go back, it has nothing to do with the problem I'm encountering right now.

    I added a note to the message that was pinned stating that it deletes data.
    It was at the top, you must have followed the procedure without necessarily reading the rest.
