Hello,
I am working on Windows 10 where I have installed Studio 21; no problems until today.
I made a short film for my daughter's wedding and tonight, I cannot open the software and therefore cannot access my edit. The Studio 21 window appears and then closes after 15 to 20 seconds.
Of course, I am at a loss because I care a lot about this little film.

Hello, I can just advise you at first to do: before messing up your computer over the slightest incident, like uninstalling a program "properly," it's a delicate operation. In case of persistent bugs, consider doing a "system restore to an earlier date" before the bug—this is the Windows term you type in the search window at the bottom left of the homepage "search programs and files" and follow the instructions.
Or go to "Control Panel" system and security, maintenance center, "restore system to an earlier date" "open system restore" yes, next.
It's without any risk and is often beneficial.
