I often use AnyDesk to help some of my friends, but for some time now it doesn't work, I can't connect, why, thank you. I am running Windows 10

    Good evening,

    If AnyDesk no longer works on Windows 10, first check the AnyDesk servers status, restart your PC and your router.

    Run AnyDesk as an administrator and allow it in the firewall.
