Windows notifications problem

Hello,

I have a problem with notifications, for example with Discord. I have enabled the notifications. When I am on Chrome, I receive them correctly, but when I am on the desktop, I only hear the notification sound and no banner appears.

I noticed that when I am on Chrome, the Focus Assist is in “Priority only” mode, with Discord added to the preferred apps. Conversely, when I am on the desktop, it is in “Alarms only.”

Furthermore, when I am on Chrome and I receive a notification, if I later open the Notification Center, no notification appears there for Discord, but not for Logitech, for example.

I don’t understand where the problem comes from or how to fix it.
